Na noite chuvosa de 21 de agosto de 1879, junto à empena da igreja paroquial de Knock, no oeste da Irlanda, gente da aldeia viu Nossa Senhora, São José e São João ao lado de um altar com um Cordeiro, numa luz branca que a chuva não molhava. Ficaram ali, rezando; ninguém ouviu uma palavra. Regina Angelorum — “Rainha dos Anjos”, da Ladainha de Loreto — é irmão de Stella Matutina, Mater Divinae Gratiae, Rosa Mystica e Salus Infirmorum. On the wet evening of 21 August 1879, at the gable wall of the parish church of Knock, County Mayo, people of the village saw Our Lady, Saint Joseph and Saint John beside an altar bearing a Lamb, in a white light that the rain did not touch. They stood there and prayed; no one heard a word. Regina Angelorum — “Queen of Angels”, from the Litany of Loreto — is a companion to Stella Matutina, Mater Divinae Gratiae, Rosa Mystica and Salus Infirmorum.
